Product: HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

Our printer has suddenly stopped printing pdf documents properly. A couple of the icons or borders print but the main text, QR codes etc. don't show up at all. Does anybody know how I can fix this? The only thing we've been able to do so far is print screen the document page and print it via paint but that's obviously not a long term solution. Thanks
