HP Recommended
Recently the printer has started printing without the color blue. I have gone through every possible test and cannot figure out the issue. The paper type is correct and I have cleaned the printer head multiple times and nothing is fixing the issue. I did a copy test of my own with markers and the only colors that came out correct were red and magenta. I am not sure what else I can do to try and solve this. The printer is not even 6 months old.
