Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP printer, serial number [Personal Information Removed] and it will not print a document.  It has a new black ink cartridge.  Does anybody have any suggestions?

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? What exactly are the errors?
