Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise M612dn

Got 2 printers with the "print at your service" scheme. raised 2 cases on 10th of July, it is now 8th September.

The issue is that the it is not reporting toner levels back to HP so we are not getting toners sent out to us automatically, this is a service that we pay that is not being provided.

I want to raise a complaint but i cant find anywhere i can do this.
