Product: HP Smart tank Plus 651
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP smart Tank Plus will only print in black and magenta.  I have run the diagnosis and cleaned the printheads multiple times.  When I run the print the quality report page, only the magenta and black show up, no blue or yellow.  Please help, the printer is only about a year old.

Did you try changing the ink and see if that helps?
