Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with printing in color from your printer.
Do you have the same issue when you make a color copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original color document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was printing in color or working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hi Irwin, thanks for your response. Whilst I waited I deleted the printer and re-installed it using Smart-Setup. This worked! all printing fine now thanks.
Just for your info i was printing an Excel worksheet and it worked fine the day before. I did try printing a Word doc (with some colour text) and that was just monochrome too. However I did not try to copy a coloured sheet as I could see the colour cartridge was OK - and it was fine the day before. I have NO IDEA why it decided to print in monochrome black only, but it's fine now :).
