Hi @UVMALLIK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer only printing blank pages!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Your printer is only printing blank pages after installing a new ink cartridge, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the Ink Cartridge Installation

  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed. Remove them and reinsert them securely.
  • If the printer has a cartridge latch, make sure it is locked.

2. Remove Protective Tape

  • If the ink cartridge has a plastic protective tape, remove it carefully.

.3. Run a Print Head Cleaning

  • Open Printer Settings on your PC.
  • Find the Maintenance or Tools section.
  • Select Clean Print Heads / Nozzle Check and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Print a Test Page

  • Go to Control PanelDevices and Printers.
  • Right-click on your printer → Select Printer Properties.
  • Click Print Test Page to check if the issue persists.

5. Check Ink Levels & Use Genuine Cartridges

  • Low ink levels can cause printing issues.
  • If using third-party or refilled cartridges, try using genuine HP cartridges.

6. Update Printer Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer.
  • Install them and restart the printer.

7. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from power for 5 minutes.
  • Plug it back in and restart it.

8. Check for Clogged Nozzles (For Inkjet Printers)

  • If ink isn’t flowing properly, soak the printhead in warm water for a few minutes, then dry it and reinstall.

Let me know which step helped! 😊
