Hi @Das85,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is only printing blank pages even after changing the cartridges, there could be several issues causing this problem. Here’s a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to help you resolve it:

Check the Cartridges: Even though you've replaced them, ensure that the protective tape over the nozzle is completely removed. Sometimes, remnants can block the ink from coming out.

Run a Printhead Cleaning: Most printers have a function to clean the printhead directly from the printer’s menu. This can help clear any clogged ink nozzles and might resolve the issue.

Align the Print Head: After cleaning, you can also perform a print head alignment, which is available in the printer’s settings menu. This ensures that the ink is being deposited correctly on the page.

Check Printer Software: Make sure the printer software on your computer is up-to-date. Sometimes, outdated software or drivers can cause issues with printing functionalities.

Inspect the Paper: Double-check that you are using the correct type of paper and that it is loaded properly in the tray. Also, confirm that the paper size and type settings on the printer match the paper you are using.

Print a Test Page: Try printing a test page from the printer’s control panel (not from the computer). If the test page prints correctly but documents from the computer do not, the issue might be related to the computer or software.

Check Printer Settings: Look at the printer settings on your computer to make sure it’s not set to print in blank mode or draft mode with very light ink usage.

Examine the Document: Sometimes, the issue could be with the document itself. Try printing a different document to see if the issue persists. If it’s only happening with one specific document, there might be an issue with that file.

Restart the Printer and Computer: Restart both your printer and computer. A simple reboot can often resolve many technical issues.

Check for Printer Firmware Updates: Some printers require firmware updates to fix bugs or improve performance. Check the manufacturer’s website for any available updates for your printer model.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
