Printer only prints half of the page

I cleaned the printer head with rubbing alcohol, installed brand new cartridges and the printer will only print half of the page.

The ink looks good on the lines it does print, but it doesn't print out a complete page.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
