Product: HP Deskjet 1112
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print on Word, my printer just blurts out a blank piece of paper, yet when I download it and print on a pdf, it works, but the color is not the right color (instead of black it would look like a bleached out black) please help. I've tried cleaning the cartridge, restarting my printer, same issue...

You need to replace ink cartridges with new fresh ones.

My envyphoto7858 won't print black and color is kind of faded. All new cartridges. This printer has not worked properly since I got it in January 2021 and there is no help out there. Pathetic, I'm going back to Epson
