Printer printing but not printing with ink

My printer has hp ink cartridges in it, the cartridges have been cleaned and aligned, however when I send the printer a job to print, a blank piece of paper comes out each time. Any suggestions on what to do next?  I have troubleshooted as much as I can with videos online, but nothing is working, and I feel like I am missing something.

I understand that you are facing issues with printing blank pages.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, then either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked.

Also, try updating Firmware by selecting your current OS. Click here
