Got message to change cartridge. Changed (I use HP Instant Ink service). Printer aligned. Printed test sheet perfect (including black ink). Printed a word document. Came out all green. Tried other documents. Same result. Changed cartridge for another brand new one. Test printed perfectly (including black) but will only print green for documents instead of black.

To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup
icon. -
Swipe up on the display, touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hi. Many thanks for the response. Contacted HP Instant print and they advised changing the colour cartridge even though the change cartridge message indicated the black cartridge. Problem then resolved. Many thanks everyone
