Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Got this printer used (HO ENVU 5055 - All In One)  and have been trying to set it up. I got it connected after driver issues then realized it would only print blank pages. Checking the ink levels the printer says they're both full. I've tried:

-Resetting it

-Updating it

- Cleaning/Aligning cartridges

-trouble shooting

But nothing has worked. Since it was given to me for free I'm not really willing to go out and buy new ink cartridges just for it to continue not working. Any other options.

I'd like to help!

 

Try updating the Firmware for the printer by selecting the current OS. Click here

 

Also, check if you have performed all the steps from this document, and if the issue still persists, either the cartridge needs to be replaced or the printer needs to be checked.
