Product: HP Deskjet 2630

I've just set up my HP Deskjet 2630 all in one printer. 

I have had to connect it via a USB as the wireless won't work. 

I have tried to print documents but all pages are coming out blank. Even the tester pages you can do and I tried to print a personal page from word that also came out blank. 

The printer says its ready and that it has both colour and black ink.

Please help!

Can you copy a document grom glass? If the copy is blank too and the printer sounds like it's printing then you have a problem with ink cartridges.

I just tried it doing a copy from the glass and it came out blank.

it says the ink is fine and almost full bars too. 
it won’t let me set up the hp ink delivery’s because it needs to print a code but of course I can’t print anything. 
any suggestions?
