Printer prints only in yellow and black

My printer was printing fine until a few days ago.  Then it started printing in a washed out yellow and black.  I tried all the methods in the instruction book (i.e. clean printer heads, reset, etc.) and nothing was corrected.  Then since I had 6 new cartridges, I put all 6 new cartridges into the printer.  After that it is still printing in a washed out yellow/green with black text, although the dark cyan seems to work.  How can I get my printer to print correctly please?

Thanks for your help.  I looked at that page already a few days ago and it does not show my ink.  My 8250 PhotoSmart takes 02 ink cartridges.

Do clean the cartridges from the printer software installed on your Computer and see if that helps.

Hi Betty 0610,  Thanks for your reply.  I have already cleaned the cartridges individually.  I followed the instructions for Aligning the Printer, Cleaning the Printer Heads, Printing Out A Colour Check, etc. etc.  Nothing helps.
