Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me resolve this issue. Currently, my printer is not printing any jobs. It either doesn't print because I can't get the printer to unpause or it does print but it just shoots out a blank piece of paper. Sometimes it prints for a split second and finishes with a blank. And sometimes it prints as if its trying to print but it comes out blank.  I just got a new black ink cartridge. The color one is maybe a tad under 50% (if I need to replace that one then this will be embarrassing hah). I am looking for any solutions.  I will pick up a colored one and try that in the meantime, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
