Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W Laser Printer

Printer prints very light, I see that you should be able to change the resolution, but I cannot find the way to do so on my computer

Hi @oldmanmcd,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To adjust the print resolution of your Samsung Xpress SL-M2020W laser printer, you can follow these steps.

  1. Open the document or image that you want to print on your computer.
  2. Click on File and select Print.
  3. In the Print dialog box, click on the Properties or Preferences button.
  4. Look for the Quality or Resolution settings and adjust them to a higher value.
  5. Click on OK or Print to start printing.

If you are still unable to find the resolution settings, you can try accessing the printer's web interface. To do this, open a web browser and type in the printer's IP address. This information can usually be found in the printer's user manual. Once you have accessed the web interface, look for the Print Settings or Configuration section and adjust the resolution settings as needed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
