I have owned this printer since last year November.
This is the first time I’m changing the cartridge it has only caused issues, it refuses to connect to any of my devices or even show up as an option.

I bought brand new 67 black & colored cartridges, I briefly connected the printer to my mobile HP app & it said they are not compatible
