HP Instant Ink

I am apart of HP instant ink. Last week, the printer said I needed to replace the black cartridge. I didn’t have one on hand, so Instant Ink said they would send a new one. I got the new cartridge today, inserted it and I’m still getting the replace black cartridge message. IMG_8808.jpeg
