Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just replaced the black cartridge for the HP 8710 printer with a new one, and suddenly a 'Supply System Problem' notification with the descripton "there is a problem with the supply system" appeared. I replaced it again with a newer cartridge, but the notification still appears. Here’s what I’ve done:

  1. Semi Full Reset of the Printer
  2. Tried cleaning the chip on the Cartridge

Hello!

Dealing with the "Supply System Problem" notification after replacing the black cartridge in your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 can be frustrating. Try these steps: clean the electrical Albertsons Employee Login contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer using a lint-free cloth after turning off and unplugging the printer. Ensure the cartridge is correctly installed and clicks securely into place. Check if your printer firmware is up to date. Finally, restart the printer by turning it off, unplugging it, waiting for a minute, then plugging it back in and turning it on.
