Hi @Colby16, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The Ink System Failure (0xc19a0003) error on your HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer - B210e typically indicates a problem with the ink system, such as a clogged printhead, faulty cartridges, or a firmware issue. Here are some steps to resolve it:
Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check the Ink Cartridges: Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Remove and reinsert them to ensure they are seated correctly.
Clean the Printhead:
- Load paper into the input tray.
- Open the HP Solution Center on your computer.
- Click on Settings, then Printer Toolbox.
- Select Clean the Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
Reset the Printer: Sometimes, resetting the printer can clear the error. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it, and then hold down the power button for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.
Update Printer Firmware: Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP support website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
