Printer shows there's ink but does not print anything on the paper.

I haven't used my printer in months and wanted to check that there was enough ink when I needed to print something. It shows that there's in the the levels and also when i check on my HP Account. I attempted to print something several times and would feed the paper through sounding as though it is printing but shows nothing on paper. There light water like marks that show on the edges of paper or bottom. I would greatly appreciate any help to resolving this issue.

Ink dried because the printer was unused, a new ink cartridges are needed.
