Product: HP Photosmart Plus B210a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer stopped working after last print. Put in new HP ink cartridges. Printer sets up and loads/functions properly and will even go through print motion, but no ink displayed on paper. Please help

Dear Arrisona,

It seems that the issue may be due to the printhead in your printer. To begin, I would suggest running a cleaning cycle, to see if that solves the issue. If the printer has not been used in a while, then this may be necessary to remove any old ink on the printhead. With your type of printer it is very important to make sure that the printer has ink at all times. If there is no ink in the cartridges when the printer tries to print, then it can cause damage to the printhead. You could also try manually cleaning the printhead by following the steps here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iTPASKLUzPc
