Printer HP desk jet 2700 will not print black ink was fine the other day ! Printer is new so ink is ok and I have carried out alignment thing still not working 

im ready to launch it out the window

hp help and support is utter rubbish with a virtual assistant that didn’t help fix the problem

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that does not print.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know to which device are you trying to connect your printer to eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
