Microsoft Windows 11

I have changed my cartridges and my printer will still not print. and then it goes into an error status. I have done everything and it still will not print. printer is less than a year old

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model?  How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? What are any error messages on the printer or computer screen?  Are the new cartridges HP or third-party?
