HP Recommended

Printer will not print if any of the cartridges are low.  This should not be the case.  How do you fix it?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

HP large-format and commercial, HP Laserjet or Officejet printers are designed to require all ink cartridges to have sufficient ink for optimal performance and to prevent potential damage to the printhead. If any cartridge is low or empty, the printer will not print to avoid poor print quality or hardware issues.
 

To resolve this, replace or refill the low cartridge. If you believe the cartridge is not low, try reinstalling it or performing a hard reset on the printer. Let me know if you need help with these steps!
