I changed all the color and black cartridges( pre and post all manufacturers brand). Printer recognizes new in , but only prints black. I did All the trouble shooting. This printer was purchased late 2019 from Costco and the warranty expired January 2020. It was the first time I changed the ink! Should I buy a new printer or try and replace the print head?
I have followed all of those steps in order twice and still nothing! They are new genuine printer inks , both color and black. Black prints , no color. When I print the various test pages, the colors do not print on anything. I am using a Mac and did nit have this issue until I changed the ink cartridges ( all black and color) . Now what do I do?
