Product: Lenovo Yoga

I have the HP Envy 4500. It will not print in color. The color cartridge is full. I followed the instructions, going to settings, clicking on HP Envy, printer preferences, and then paper quality. There is no print in black only or print in color or gray scale box. I clicked on the advanced button in paper quality but there's no option in there either.
