Printer will print, but nothing is on the paper

I haves had this printer for about 6 months, it has worked great up until now. My daughter printed something for school, it got jammed, she pulled some of it out after which I told her not to touch it and that I would fix it. I removed the remaining paper which fixed the paper jam and tried to print. The paper feeds just fine, but when it comes out there is absolutely no ink on the paper. No smudges, lines, nothing.  I just replaced the ink cartridges not that long ago and they show they still have plenty of life.  They are sitting in there properly. No error messages. I am at a loss of what to do. HELP!

@Tiffany87, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the printer is printing blank pages. Let us try these steps:

Kindly perform steps 1, 6, and 7 from this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
