Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I am unable to print any sort of document using my HP Envy 420.  The ink levels are fine.  When I print an image off the interenet, it will print it.  Its not the best quality, but it prints.  It will not print a simple black and white document, it just spits out a blank page.  No error message or anything.  Please help!
