HP printer

My printer won't print in black. We changed the black and pink cartridges as they were empty and since then it won't print in black.  I printed off a google map which was mostly colour and it worked perfectly fine, except for the printed words which were very feint. On other test pages, the papers comes out with nothing on it at all.

We've checked that all cartridges are in correctly, and also changed all of them even though they weren't empty,  thinking that may help. They're all XL 564 HP, and we've followed all the trouble shooting options, including cleaning the print head as well as taking it out and soaking it. I also tried the virtual assistant but when it printed the test page there was no print on it (because it won't print in black), so that wasn't any help at all.

The computer uses Windows 10, but that's all I know, sorry.

Any suggestions please?
