Product: HP OfficeJet 5230 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OfficeJet 5230 All in one printer. It has started to print in odd colours, in particular black comes out in magenta or dark blue. tried loading all new cartridges and several cleans with HP tools to no effect. Test pages print all colours and black fine, but as soon as I attempt to print a stanard letter from Word or similar, black comes out in a colour. Any ideas please.
