Printer won't print in color

I have a Envy 7155 and it stops printing in color. If I change the cartridge, it will work for a day or two, but then only prints black. Cleaning and other options already tried multiple times. I can't keep changing cartridges this often!

Symptoms:  No color options are shown under Printing Preferences when printing to a network-connected printer from a Windows 10 PC

Solution:  Download and Install Doctor version:  ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
