Hi there,
My printer won't print in colour on my laptop - from any application there is no option to select "colour / greyscale / black and white". I have deleted and reinstalled the printer and the test page prints in black and white also.
From other devices it will print in colour.

I have seen cases where the printer is not detected properly as color and so the driver installs as a monochrome only device. On your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and right click the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Once the properties window comes up, click the device settings tab and then scroll down to install-able options and find the "device type" option and change it to color. Click apply and close out and test print.
