Product: HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer

Hi there. I have an HP Envy 6000 All in one series printer. I have inserted a new colour cartridge and can only print using yellow and blue. The red will not work. I have completed the printhead clean several times but still cant get any "red" out of the cartridge. Please can you help?
