I bought this printer off my daughter and have had it awhile now but all of a sudden it wants an updated payment method for insta ink and I can’t find that option. And my printer keeps Saying busy when it not busy and won’t let me print?

Update Payment Method:

  • Visit the HP Instant Ink website and log in to your account.

  • Locate the section for payment methods and update your information as needed.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet.
  • Check the printer control panel for any error messages or prompts. Follow any on-screen instructions.
  • Restart your printer and see if the issue persists.

Reinstall HP Smart App (Optional):

  • If you're using the HP Smart app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Sometimes, issues can be resolved by refreshing the app.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware updates installed. You can usually find firmware update options in the printer settings or on the HP support website.
