So I have ink still but every time it “acts” like it’s printing then when I look at paper it is completely blank, I have ink still left over but won’t print nothing

@Imari28, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Kindly perform steps 10, 13 and 8 respectively from this document. 

 

Update the printer firmware

Refer to page 35 of the user guide to know how to update the firmware.
