My OfficeJet 6958 printer doesn't print after I replaced all the cartridges.  Tried the clean print head and align print head tools but still didn't work.  Copy of a printed page is included.  Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?IMG_1392.jpeg

I understand that you are facing issues with print quality. 

 

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing all the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already used sets of ink cartridges.

 

This might require one-on-one interaction to fix the issue.

 

We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
