My New Hp desk jet plus 4120 which I purchased a few days ago is all set up. I'm trying to enrol with instant ink. But as I go through the process its asking for Printer code or claim code. I'm following the steps but everytime I press the the 2 buttons on my printer to print the code. All that prints out is that its unable to print. Can anybody help me its driving me insane

@Wayneo1987, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing the claim code. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Restart web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
