Hi @Chico95,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble printing after your HP Instant Ink subscription lapsed.

When an Instant Ink subscription ends, any remaining Instant Ink cartridges will no longer work, as they are subscription-based. To resume printing, you'll need to replace the Instant Ink cartridges with standard HP ink cartridges purchased from a retailer.

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Remove the Instant Ink cartridges currently installed in your printer.

  2. Install genuine HP standard cartridges compatible with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e (HP 962 or HP 962XL series).

  3. Restart your printer if prompted.

Once standard cartridges are installed, your printer should resume normal printing functions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
