Product: HP Officejet 6960(2)

I was printing just fine ran out of ink change the cartridge I only use HP went fine changing it out, then I get an error one or more cartridges are missing or damaged, until cartridge is replaced make sure the printer is turned on to avoid, and that's all it says i changed the cartridge 3 times with brand new ones.  I shut it down from the printer from the wall, ran a hp scan and print thing, nothing helps...Help anyone please
