Check Cartridge Installation: Ensure that the cartridges are properly installed. Sometimes, the protective plastic tape covering the contacts may need to be removed first. Make sure the cartridges are seated correctly in their respective slots.

 

Cartridge Compatibility: Verify that the cartridges you installed are compatible with your specific printer model.

 

Cartridge Cleaning: Occasionally, cleaning the cartridge contacts might help. Use a lint-free cloth to gently clean the electrical contacts.

 

Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer’s firmware is up-to-date.
