I have a HP Officehet Pro 9015 that I bought in 2020. It’s been in storage the last two years, but I need to start using it at home again. I replaced the ink cartridges this morning and did the automatic printhead cleaning a few times from the control panel and printed a test page after each cleaning. The color and consistency of the printed page is still very off. See attached photos.
Is it possible I need to replace the print head? If so, is that something I can do at home, or should I take it to a repair shop?
Any other advice is greatly appreciated!
