 My hp photosmart c4200 black ink is not printing fully I tried everything to make it print its a retired printer when the fully loaded black in cartridge is installed it still prints as though theirs no ink the alignment page black ink doesn't print black the printer itself keeps being stuck on cartridge missing or not detected
