Hello everyone,
I have encountered a problem with black inc printing. Printhead Problem:0xc19a0013. I have OfficeJet Pro 6970. The black inc cartridge is legit and has been replaced. 903XL (have been always using it). Recently, after couple weeks of not using it, I have attempted to print in black, and it does not pass the inc through. The printer displays the status of the cartridge that it is full, however, when it comes to printing, just a blank page. Sometimes gives an error 0xc19a0013. I have tried to do maintenance procedures, cleaning the contacts and etc. I can see that inside the printer there is some black-inc dirt i cannot reach and clean. Updated the printer to the latest version and etc. Same response. I believe some repair service has to be arranged. Thanks

I understand you are unable to print in black and receiving an intermittent error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
If the error persists,
