Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello - I use the HP Instant ink - so always use HP inks.  Getting significant number of lines going across the page when printing test page or align printhead. And the estimated ink level for color items do not print

 

The system will not scan the align printhead output page no matter how many times I try.  See attached scans

 

I see no way to manually adjust line feed like in the "old days" or anything like this.  What is next?  Replace printhead?  Replace unit?  Extend warranty and bring it in for service?  0001.jpg0002.jpg
