Hy, I bought an HP 7605. There is confusion about the replacement of printhead.

About the color printhead, Is the 6za18ae compatible with 7605 or I need to buy 3yp17a? Are they the same thing or are different?

To replace the black printhead i need the 6za17ae or the x4e75a? are they the same thing?
