Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am working from home and have had no problems up until now.  My documents print out correctly but all of a sudden, my envelopes do not print out correctly and as chosen and the address comes out backwards.  Has anyone had this happen?  If so, how do I fix it? Thank you.
