Printing blank pages

HP Recommended

No matter what I try, this thing will only print blank pages. I've tried realigning the cartridges, going through all three cartridge cleaning stages, changing the cartridges, and I am receiving no errors at all. It acts like everything is fine, apart from not actually putting ink to page. I'm not quite sure what else to try , and of course, my warranty just expired. 

 

To be frank, even when it was working "properly", it was still giving me a hard time and the printouts it would make were pretty subpar. At least they were somewhat legible, and worked for what I needed them for, but it doesn't work at all now. I don't use it all that often, maybe 3-4 times ever, so there's no way that I am out of ink. It is not even able to print the quality report, so it's not like I'm having an issue printing photos or anything. I've actually never even tried to use it to print photos. I have tried replacing the cartridges, which did not help, and I'm thinking that it might be a hardware issue. 

 

It would be nice to be able to talk to somebody, but it seems that every support line that you can call has been discontinued. I mean, this thing was 200 dollars, I don't see any reason for why it should be in such bad shape. Anybody that can help with this issue is greatly appreciated, because this has been incredibly frustrating and I really regret buying this product.

I understand the printer is printing blank pages.

  

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
