Printing blank pages

HP Recommended
DeskJet 2620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer previously worked fine but has been sat in it's box for a few months. I've recently taken it out and tried to print but the pages are coming out blank. There is plenty of ink in the cartridges, I have taken them out and manually cleaned them with a cotton bud and hot water, and also run 3 cleaning cycles via the hp app, as suggested by the virtual agent. None of this has worked. There are no error messages coming up. The printer is a DeskJet 2620. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Charlotte

Hi @charlotteorpe,

  

If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issuesand the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
